3) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

4) Perishable Products

Our products are perishable. Please ensure someone can receive the shipment promptly. We are not responsible for spoilage or quality issues caused by missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, delivery delays outside our control, or improper storage after delivery.

5) Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because our items are perishable, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We aim to display accurate product information, but details (including ingredients, packaging, and nutrition) may change. Always review the label on delivery. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, you are responsible for confirming suitability before consuming.

7) Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotions may be changed, paused, or ended at any time. Unless stated otherwise, only one promotion may be used per order.
